Even though I’ve spent my life thinking I must do more, be more, try harder, because of a decision I made so long ago, I deeply and completely accept myself.

Even though that strategy was probably someone else’s in the first place, I’m OK and so are they

Even though that’s how I’ve lived my life, I’m open to the possibility that it might finally be safe to change the decision I made all that time ago.

Even though I didn’t realize I could, maybe I can be surprised at how easy it is.

Even though I’ve done that old stuff for so long, I’m willing to consider the possibility that actually I’m alright as I am and what’s more, maybe I always have been ok.

Even though it’s new to me, maybe I can enjoy being ok being me

What if I don’t have to do anything to be OK?

What if I’m already doing enough?

What if I’m already enough whether I’m doing anything or not?

What if just being myself is enough?

What if that’s what I came here to do?

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if I could allow myself to believe that?

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if I could allow myself to see me as The universe sees me, perfect, whole and complete?

And what if all really is well in my world
